Types of Updo:
1. Top Knot Updo:
Top Knot Bun is very stylish hairstyle made at the top of your head by winding hairs into a bun. It is one of the trendiest hairstyle recently across countries. It became very popular after celebrities starting styling it for events, awards, special appearances and also in movies. Top Knot Updo is the idle one for the third hair day. If you have greasy hair it’s not a problem for this hairstyle, it will surely make you get the elegant look to flaunt.
2. Sleek Updo:
Sleek Updo is basically a smooth and glossy Bun that gives you glamorous look. It is very easy and quick hairstyle that needs practice though. It is similar to Sleek Ponytail But the difference is it is twisted into a bun at the crown area. It is very elegant and sophisticated that will sure make you stand out in crown.
3. Low Chignon Updo:

Crown Braid Bun is a variation of Crown Braid and Updo, here you start from the nape of the neck and move ahead from the sides cross front of the head and again reach the point you started. This updo is easy but needs practice to get it perfectly done.
6. Dutch Braid Updo:
Dutch Braid Bun as the name suggests is a combination of simple Bun and Dutch braid. It is similar to Dutch braid itself but the only difference here is after reaching the nape of the neck or the crown area twist it into a bun instead of braiding it till the end.
7. Milkmaid Braid Updo:
Milkmaid Braid is a combination of Simple Braid and Bun, Here you have to divide your hair into two equal part, make simple braid till the end on both the sides and then cross it over each other passing the crown or front area.
8. Fishtail braid Updo:
This is also a variation of a braid and Bun, Here, after you reach the position you want your Bun roll up the braid and create a bun by securing it with Hair Clips.
9. Upside Braided Updo:
Upside Braided Bun is a combination braid and bun. Here unlike the regular braids you have to start braiding your hair from the nape of the neck and move ahead in upward direction, once you reach the crown area twist your hair and make a bun.
10. French Braid Updo:
This is yet another variation of braids and Bun, here French braid it opt till the nape of the neck or the area you find preferable at the sides or centre. All you have to do is instead of braid your hair till the ends create a bun.
