This season has brought back the 90s denims and brought it back better. We have the faux denim wherein an elastane cotton fabric is representing a denim look, if denim is too hot for you. The more the merrier so we are all in for denim over denim look as well..
1. Jeans
Let us first begin with the OG. So denims are just your classic denim jeans except much more rugged. This season is about adventure and nothing says adventure like a pair of washed out distressed denim jeans. And this look can be completed with a casual shirt or a sweatshirt and sneakers.
2. Misfits
The misfit style has been up and coming thanks to designer houses like the Y Project. Odd fittings and simple combinations is the key here. So you have your loosely fitted denim jacket, an optional undershirt and your trusted denim jeans to finish the look. Again sneakers will work best but you may very well also try to wear chukka boots. That is a sight for sore eyes this summer!
3. Jacket
The classic denim jacket is here and here to stay. It is time to bring it out of your parents wardrobe and put it back on. One of the much older fashion styles which is back this season. We love denims and this jacket style making a comeback is like paying an homage to vintage grunge and punk fashion. Denim jackets are for the ultimate Rock star look. However, 2020 will be all about loose fitting and so you may also find some jackets in a different fit. Pick a style that you feel most comfortable in because that is the main purpose of the denim!
